New Year Resolutions
This is the first blog post of the year, and I want to wish you all a very happy New Year! Most people start the year by making New Year resolutions, and some people hate making New Year resolutions. I think of New Year resolutions as just another way of setting goals, and I’m a huge believer in setting goals and creating a plan for achieving those goals.
If you were to ask most people what kind of goals they’ve set for themselves, it doesn’t take a psychic or a mentalist to predict what they’re going to say. Usually it has to do with one of three things. The first is in regards to health. People want to lose weight, eat right, go to the gym, and create more vitality. The second has to do with finances.
