Social Media & The Party Principle
Whether it’s Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, or Youtube, almost everyone is on some sort of social media network. The problem is most people have no idea on how to harness the power of these networks to grow their business.
A few years ago Perry Belcher coined the phrase “The Party Principle”, and described how that principle applied to social media networks. The video above describes “The Party Principle” and how you can use it to grow your business.
The real key is to view the social networks as a party. Be a likable person that shows an interest in other people. As people get to know you and like you, you can direct those people to your other sites such as a blog. From there they can get more information by directing them to a sales page where people can place an order for your products and services.
The one major mistake people make is trying to make a sale directly from the social network site. Doing so can be the kiss of death, if it’s not done properly.
Keep in mind that some people will have no interest what-so-ever in what you have to offer, and that’s okay, because if you adhere to The Party Principle, people will still like you, and that’s not a bad thing.

Change Gears For Breakthrough Performance
I recently hit a plateau in my business and was unsure of what to do to get out of my slump. One of my clients gave me a wonderful piece of advice. He suggested I change gears. He compared his business to driving a stick shift car. You’re cruising along in second gear and you want to go faster, so you step on the gas. Eventually you can’t go any faster and you hit a plateau. The only way to go faster is to change gears.
The same is true of our business. We run our business in a certain way to grow our business, but eventually we all hit plateaus. It doesn’t matter how hard we work, or how much more we do, we just can’t seem to get past the plateau. The key is to change gears. We have to do something different. This is where the implementation of new ideas and strategies comes in. Sometimes we just need to shake things up.
If your ready to shake things up in your magic business, check out The Real Secrets by visiting www.SixFigureMagic.com.

Build Your Business on a Foundation Destined For Success.
What is the foundation for success? The answer is the same in the magic business as it is in any business. It’s also the same answer that you will get if you look at any relationship, whether it’s business or personal. Without the proper foundation everything that is built upon it is destined to fail.
Integrity – Doing what you say, when you say you’ll do it.
It’s all very simple. Everyday you make agreements with the people around you, your customers, clients, co-workers, family, and friends.
When you think about it, all broken relationships can be traced back to broken agreements, and it doesn’t matter if it’s a business relationship or a personal relationship. A person with integrity either keeps all their agreements or they make themselves accountable to their agreements. They do the things they say they are going to do, and they do them when they say they will do them.
People like to do business with others that they know, like, and trust. By living a life of integrity, you will develop relationships with people who would rather do business with you over anyone else.
Integrity doesn’t stop with the agreements we make with other people. It also includes the agreements we make with ourselves. You might ask yourself, “Am I on track with my goals this year? Am I creating the life that I want for myself?” If not, then before we blame the economy or some other factor, it is best to look within ourselves and start doing the things we say we’re going to do when we say we’re going to do them.
Build your business on a foundation of integrity and watch your business grow.
Excuse me while I stop writing, and start looking within. I just realized I have some serious commitments I have to keep with myself.
