Change Your Thoughts – Change Your Life

In this video I share one idea that can transform the way you think, which in turn can transform the way you speak, which can transform the actions you take, which can transform the outcomes you produce. Implementing this one idea is easier said than done, but doing so can transform your entire life.

I’d love to hear your comments on this. Do you agree or disagree? If you disagree, tell me why.

To your success!

I couldn’t agree more, this is the principle I put to use every day. Some day’s it can be very hard, because let’s face it we all have our bad days and some days worse than others. I however try to at least see the humor in those situations or at least express it in a funny way on my Facebook when I feel the need to write it out on social media. I have received lots of positive feedbacks when it’s been an obviously bad day and I at least try to see the humor in it, people do like to see that others can see the Brightside of things, we all tend to put ourselves in other peoples shoes when we read they’re comments. I like your idea of telling negative people that they need to say what kind of good things are happening in their lives rather than focusing on the negative and perhaps add to that by saying how their negativity affects you. If they don’t care then maybe that’s the time to say you don’t have time, your too busy working on the positive aspects in your life to hear they’re negatives or just suggest taking it to a support group. Hearing the negative thoughts of others does affect how the listener thinks, profoundly; it’s the law of attraction. Having a positive attitude makes us a positive role model, so it’s a good idea Lou. I would like to suggest one idea about watching the news, like you I don’t bother watching the news for the same reasons. There are some people that have to have their news which ironically tend to be the more negative people. I have suggested to them that if they absolutely have to watch the news to at least not watch it before they go to bed, because all that negativity goes in and get’s locked in their subconscious and that’s what they carry in their sleep and into the next day. However it seems that when I do make that suggestion it’s all in vain, I guess there are some people that just love to be miserable I am glad to say that I’m not one of them.
