If you take a look at most highly successful businesses, you will notice they all have one thing in common, and that is a written business plan, but if you were to ask almost any entertainer, magician, or variety artist, you will be hard-presssed to find even one with a written business plan. Is it any wonder why most entertainers are struggling financially? If you want to succeed in this business, you must do the things others aren’t willing to do.

A business plan serves as your road map for success. It’s what guides you in making your business decisions. The above video gives you the details on how to put one together. It can be created in as little as 20 minutes. It’s a very simple plan, but the results it can produce are priceless.
